We appreciated staying in this hotel! Came here for 9 days, the property was quiet, it had incredible location not far from Istanbul as well as shopping areas. The room was spotless and bright, included with a good breakfast and 2 bath, for example. The personnel was cooperative, doing their best to assist.

The location was particularly good, relatively near Republic Monument. All the staffs were excellent co-operating and amicable. We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 bath and a good breakfast, for instance and it was available.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Halil, were very welcoming and helpful. They made sure our room was extremely clean and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was perfect. The location was near many touristic attractions and interesting places to visit. We were able to explore everything easily as everything was just a short walk or transportation away. this hotel was an excellent choice for our trip.

My room was good sized and well decorated with tea/coffee making equipment, a fridge and an oven. The bathroom was reasonably spacious with a bathtub. The staff was very helpful, and the service was excellent...

The fitness center is state-of-the-art, with modern equipment that helps to keep you in shape and relax.

Sadly, the internet connection is not as reliable as it should be.

The hotel offers comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Despite being located on a busy street, the soundproofing is effective and guests are not disturbed by external noises. the hotel provides reliable WiFi connection, which was an essential feature for my business needs.

Although the location of the hotel is convenient for shopping, restaurants and bars nearby, some of the furnishings in the room were sparse and cleanliness was not up to the expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, however, the cooperation and attitude of the management could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

A pleasant stay in a great location!

We had a wonderful time at Cheya Residence Nisantasi. The location was absolutely fabulous, right in the heart of a lively and energetic part of Istanbul. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple to relax in. The housekeeping staff was excellent, always keeping our room clean and neat. Despite a few small issues with the wifi and breakfast, we found plenty of great places to eat nearby. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a great location.

Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thirdly, the room was spacious and had two bathrooms, which was a nice bonus.
